Instructions
Cucumber Mint Vodka Cooler
  1. Muddle cucumber slice and mint leaves with 2-3 ice cubes until well macerated
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake vigorously in shaker
  3. Strain over ice in a Collins Glass
  4. Garnish with cucumber slice and mint leaf
  5. ENJOY!
Lime Pomegranate Mixer
  1. 4 Cups Lime Juice
  2. 2 Cups SOM Pomegranate Drinking Vinegar
  3. 1 Cup Simple Syrup* (recipe below)
  4. Whisk ingredients together to combine
Simple Syrup
  1. 2 Cups Granulated Sugar
  2. 1 Cup Water
  3. Bring sugar and water to a boil, then turn off stove and cool to room temperature

*You can make a non-alcoholic version of this recipe by omitting the 1.5 oz. of vodka

    1. Becky, this is a perfect summer or spring time drink! It’s refreshing and tastes so good! I love the subtle taste of cucumber and mint in the drink!
